These terms cover the official hosted LlamaPReview GitHub App and website. By installing or using the hosted App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use it.
The hosted service reviews eligible pull-request events from public GitHub repositories only. It is currently provided free for public repositories, with a capacity of 3 reviews per repository per UTC day and a shared 100-review daily circuit breaker. The first ordinary pull request over a repository's daily limit may receive one skip notice; later pull requests that day and head successors stop silently. The global circuit breaker is always silent. See the public capacity policy and skip-message contract. Private-repository events are acknowledged and discarded at the early privacy boundary rather than reviewed.
LlamaPReview combines automated evidence retrieval, model judgment, and deterministic projection and publication rules. Its output may be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Treat a review as input to a human decision, not a replacement for one. You remain responsible for the code you merge, deploy, or rely on.
Install or configure the GitHub App only on repositories you are authorized to manage. Do not attempt to bypass the public-repository boundary, interfere with the service, probe other users' data, submit secrets intentionally, or use the service unlawfully.
For an eligible public pull request, LlamaPReview retrieves selected public GitHub evidence and sends that evidence, prompts, and generated output to DeepSeek's API for engineering judgment. The Privacy Policy describes the observed processing, storage, provider, and retention boundaries. Installing and using the App means accepting that disclosed processing for public repository content.
The hosted service, its behavior, and these terms may change. The service may be interrupted or discontinued, and no uptime, response-time, or service-level agreement is provided. A current date will be shown when these terms change.
The public Webhook and Pipeline source is separately governed by the Apache License 2.0. That license applies to the source code; these terms apply to the official hosted service and website. Operators of self-hosted deployments are responsible for their own configuration, credentials, costs, permissions, security, and data handling.

The hosted service and website are provided “as is,” without a warranty that reviews will be complete, correct, available, or suitable for a particular purpose, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
